We measure your RV, boat, or vehicle from either bumper to bumper/hitch or propeller to hitch to calculate your total length.

RV, Boat & Vehicle Storage Rates:

Up to 20ft → $100 / month
21 – 25 ft → $125 / month
26 – 30 ft → $150 / month
31 – 35 ft → $175 / month
36 – 40 ft → $200 / month
40 + → Call for quote

Commercial & Industrial Storage

Store your machinery and materials in our facility with regular access, ensuring your assets are protected and readily available when needed.

Regular Industrial Storage: Call for Quote

Customer Provides Container:

20’ Containers – $200/month
40’ Containers – $300/month

TCMS Provides Container:

20’ Containers – $375/month

Winterization

We offer professional winterization services to prevent costly damage and keep your boat or RV ready for next season.

Preferred Parking Option

For the ultimate convenience, we offer Preferred Parking with easy front-row access for an additional $50 per month. This option allows you to pick up your RV or boat without advance notice.

For all other parking, we require 72 hours’ notice to move your vehicle into a designated pick-up spot.

Commercial Customers
If you are a commercial customer, easy access is already included as part of your monthly plan.
